Here comes the moving van!!

The eating space gets its table...

and Kevin finds a place to occupy....

The clutter took weeks to fade away and to this day we still have some boxes to unpack.

From here it doesn't look so bad....

And here we are.  At the beginning of the project I vowed not to get a haircut until it was done, so now if's off to the salon!  Not a day too soon either.

A year later and so much has happened.... 
We lost my mom in July 2004, Scott and Christy married that same month to our great joy!!  Then Scott was deployed with the 3rd ID to Baghdad in February 2005 and  Kevin is back at college for his teaching certificate.   Kevin's 7 month old kitten, Flea, came to live with us and our cat, Mittens who is18 years old, is not amused by his antics.  They have worked out most of it by now.... and as of now we still do not have a dog....

Perhaps soon, I will be able to find some time to make interiors of the house for the "Finished" page.  I doubt this project will ever be completely done, but everytime I say that Marti gives me the "It better be!!" look.
